Inkscape is a "Scalable Vector Graphics Editor".
It is free and open-source software (FOSS) and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux (but not mobile).
At Pikes Peak Makerspace (PPM), we have Inkscape installed on our Windows Design Workstations 1-3.
