Inkscape is an "Open Source Scalable Vector Graphics Editor"
It is free and open-source software (FOSS) and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
At Pikes Peak Makerspace (PPM), we have Inkscape installed on our Windows Design Workstations 1-3.
