Our Pikes Peak Makerspace Wiki strives to be the trusted source for information about our Shared Tools, our Equipment Lists, and our Infrastructure.

It also includes our Procedures, and Rules and Policies for the Makerspace.

Monitor in Real Time

☐ Monitor PPM Slack channel #ppm-wiki

☐ Follow PPM Slack channels #computing and #general, too

Check Daily

☐ Check "Recent changes" to the wiki

☐ Rollback inappropriate "Recent changes"

☐ Make sure new links are working ( W3C Link Checker )

☐ Set up new users

☐ Delete old users

Do Weekly

☐ Make a backup of the wiki

☐ Keep (some) backups offsite

☐ Test backups

☐ Make sure all links are working ( W3C Link Checker )

☐ Promote / encourage the use of the wiki

Review Monthly

☐ Make sure that wiki reflects PPM changes

☐ Review and update / eliminate obsolete pages

☐ Expand Short pages

☐ Split Long pages

Evaluate Yearly

☐ Review and update Privacy policy, About, and Disclaimers

☐ Evaluate if the wiki is achieving its purpose (trusted source)

☐ Celebrate the successes of Pikes Peak Makerspace Wiki
