Pikes Peak Makerspace (PPM) is dedicated to supporting our maker community in their creative process by providing shared space, shared tools, materials and a knowledge base to turn their ideas into reality.

Inkscape is a free and open source multi-platform vector graphics software application. It is installed on our Design Workstations 1-3 and our Ubuntu Workstation.

SVG File Format
The native file format of Inkscape is .svg
SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphics, a document format (similar to HTML) to reproduce 2D graphics including some animation.
