Monitor in Real Time

☐ Monitor Slack channel #ppm-wiki

Check Daily

☐ Check changes to the wiki

☐ Rollback inappropriate postings

☐ Rollback pages being used as sandboxes

☐ Eliminate SPAM

☐ Make sure new links are working

☐ Set up new users

☐ Reset passwords

☐ Delete old users

Do Weekly

☐ Do the backup

☐ Keep (some) backups offsite

☐ Test backups

☐ Review analytics and improve wiki

Review Monthly

☐ Review and update/eliminate obsolete pages

☐ Expand short pages

☐ Split long pages

☐ Link content to other pages

☐ Make sure all links are working

☐ Make sure that wiki reflects organizational changes

☐ Promote/encourage the use of the wiki

Evaluate Yearly

☐ Evaluate if the wiki is achieving its purpose

☐ Eliminate unnecessary procedures and policies

☐ Update the list of Best Practices

☐ Celebrate the successes
