Monitor in Real Time
☐ Monitor Slack channel #ppm-wiki (and #computing and #general)
Check Daily
☐ Check Recent changes to the wiki
☐ Rollback inappropriate changes
☐ Eliminate SPAM
☐ Make sure new links are working
☐ Set up new users
☐ Reset passwords
☐ Delete old users
Do Weekly
☐ Do the backup
☐ Keep (some) backups offsite
☐ Test backups
☐ Make sure all links are working (script?)
☐ Review and improve wiki
☐ Promote/encourage the use of the wiki
Review Monthly
☐ Review and update/eliminate obsolete pages
☐ Expand short pages
☐ Split long pages
☐ Link content to other pages
☐ Make sure that wiki reflects organizational changes
Evaluate Yearly
☐ Evaluate if the wiki is achieving its purpose
☐ Eliminate unnecessary procedures and policies
☐ Celebrate the successes of Pikes Peak Makerspace Wiki
